It's the 29th of Feb, leap year day thing.

Haha not a very good day though. Hahaha but omg during math Joanna was like "EH EVAN WE NEED A BROTHER MOLE!" and Evan was like "HUUUUUUH" And then Joanna decided to help Evan draw a mole on her face with permanent marker at the same spot Jo has hers (just a thousand times bigger with a strand of hair) Had such a good laugh gosh. Me, Jade, Jamie, Bren, RC and Cheryl literally burst out in laughter when Evan showed turned around and show us her face haha gosh. 

 Freaking qt pies hahahah.

Oh then went for dental after training (Training was really frustrating, the shooters had to do this stupid stupid stupid drill that was really a test of perseverance and tolerance srsly...........) and went to buy my beancurd sushi after that yayerz :-)

Oh yes and I got back chem today. The only paper I studied my ass off and I scored so badly gosh.. So many failures in class but seriously so what? There are people who can score as high as 44 too so no excuses... 1/2 a mark away from B3 and I was aiming for an A. I honestly cbf if I fail chinese but seriously I've one of the most inspiring chem teacher ever and it sucks to know how disappointed he is in all of us. Before he gave out the paper he was like "jin jia gek sim" which means so heartbreaking or sth but ugh. Ok but whatever it's only CA1 gonna prove that I am better than this shit ok bye.

Woke up @ 7.30, rolled in bed and had tuition at 10.30.

Went for dim sum at SICC afterwards yumz. 

 AND THEN AFTER SENDING MY BROS FOR GOLF AND WAITED FOR THEIR LESSONS TO BE OVER WE WENT TO THE DOG FARM AND LOOK AT THIS 5 WEEKS OLD QT OMG.

Went for dinner and went home to catch my 10 hours of sleep hee hee life is good :-)

Today was one of the most magical days I will ever live to. 

We had a match against bowen and since my ankle was really swollen and I could hardly even walk I had the honours of sitting on the high chair that are for umpires and filming the most intense match of the season.

In the 1st quarter we were down by 2, then 4 and 4 again in the 2nd and 3rd quarter. By the 3rd quarter I could hardly contain my excitement (or fear) that I started shouting things like "Confidence rachel, up, nicely!" and what not which the camcorder detected. HAHA AND AT THE START OF THE THIRD QUARTER THE ANDERSON COACH WAS LIKE "Eh your one Panasonic is it?" and I was like "No canon" AND IT COULD BE HEARD IN THE VIDEO SO EMBARRASSING. But that wasn't the point, the point is... that at the very last minute (20 seconds to be exact) of the 4th quarter, we managed to put in one last shot. And because I was to immobilized to come off the chair myself, I had to wait for someone to save me. And as I was limping back, uncertain whether we won or lost, Rachel ran towards me smiling. We huddled together and started crying tears of happiness. And I knew, at that point of time, that we've won. That that last shot, was a shot of nothing less than a victory. SNNB won Bowen 23-22. That feeling right there, was so magical. To see tears of nothing but immense pride and joy on everyone's face. Ok except for Jamie who was sweating beads of happy perspiration, but still everyone was so so overjoyed it was crazy. I've never felt a feeling like that before. It's frickin' stellar. I'm so proud of all the netties srsly. They fought til the very last second, and they fought like there was no tomorrow.

But more and most importantly, we have to thank God for everything. If it were not for his grace, we wouldn't even have made it this far. He made this season so meaningful. Amen, really :')

P/s: I've deleted my previous post titled broken which consists mostly of my fears and worries for today because everything since have been falling into place really quite perfectly now :-)

Wednesday

Had such a shitty day I came home and drowned myself in food.

Did math, bathed, and mummy came back and made my day so much better.

She bought me CLEO, she bought me Subway,

And she bought me chocolate macaroons. I didn't even mention to her about any of those and she just came back with them and made me feel so blessed. Mother-daughter telepathy yeah?

Thursday

Screwed both papers today but whatevs EXAMS ARE HELLA OVER. During math Miss Choo told us about a story of a man climbing a mountain.

Miss Choo: Why did the man, I forgot his name, climb the tallest mountain in the world?

Lik Qi: You mean Mt Everst?

Miss Choo: Yes... So why?

Class: I don't know/ Tell us/ Cause he didn't want to do math

Miss Choo: OK I tell yall the answer... Because it was there 

Whole class: /facepalm /laughs uncontrollably.

Jade: Why did I kill Jamie? Because she was there.

And the next thing you know yumin the klutz fell off her chair and landed on her ass.

Sat on the floor laughing for 5 mins with the class laughing behind and delayed math lesson like a boss. Injuries after injuries sigh (Fell and landed on my knees on court during the game yesterday :-( ) And then Jag was like "Why did Yu Min fall off the chair? ... Because it was there." Haha srsly starting to love my class so much.

Stayed back for extra training and 3 minutes into the game yumin the klutz fell and sprained her ankle. I didn't think it was a sprain at first because it didn't hurt as bad but now it's really painful ugh and we've a game against bowen tomorrow.. Anyways then after training rushed down to town to catch the 4.20pm movie with Shannon, Sara, Micaela and Celeste :-) Watched Hugo it was really nice haha :-) Shannon sat in between me and Mic and when we were getting really emotional watching the movie she suddenly spread out her hands and did bird calls omg so anti-climax seriously.. Then we went to 313 to get Marche <3

Shared a crepe and a rosti with Micaela <3

They have the prettiest toilet ever omg like some wooden castle SO COOL. Ok then after dinner we started camwhoring....

And then we had a battle of who could take the nicest picture of the cards haha. "Bring it on like king kong baybee."

Had a really great time laughing and talking and eating and doing retarded things aka hip-thrusting randomly while walking to the mrt hahaha. 

Then I had a very strong craving for KOI so I went to get it hee hee :-) Anyway while omw home I got texts and mentions from Shirlene, Rachel, Man, Jamie, Jaclyn, Vess, JW, Karen, Sara and it made me feel really blessed to have friends who cared so much even though I would rather be healthy and running all over the place.

I love being in an all girls school. 

Today I realised how amazing it is to be surrounded by classmates and friends of your gender, and only your gender. 

There's just this unity that bonds us all together. We're just so "ourselves" with each other. School to me is literally like my home.

We still have round 2 to go through. Tough, but we'll give it our best shot.

Really love my netballers so much it's crazy. Everytime I'm having a bad day at school (aka when I can't do no shit and feel so stupid) I just look forward to seeing them afterwards and it just makes everything better. Thankful for these bunchful so much <3 And of course the rest of the netballers :-)

On our way back it was raining so heavily. I took at least 30 shots to get that shot right. And even that shot is wrong in so many ways. My iPod was playing It Will Rain at first, then Don't Forget, and Titanium. Every other picture was blurred hahaha. 

But anyway, music saves the drenched soul ;-)

Bought candies, 

 printed cards and embossed them for the babes :-)

Started the day with a huge hug fest with everyone. Like "HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!!" /big hug 

And spent the other half of my day being cupid. Got so many lovely presents from everyone omg seriously made my day :') Like I went out to distribute the candies and cards and when I came back after assembly my whole table was filled with cards and roses and chocolates and cookies omg. Perks of being in a girl's school :-) 

Omg assembly was super epic hahaha. The NE ambassadors were doing a presentation on Total Defense Day and suddenly there was a black out. Then the councillors closed all the windows and threw paper bombs at us. AND THEN HAHAHA OUR PRINCIPAL PLAYED TERRORIST. Seriously love our new principal omg haha she's damn sporting lah. Val went on stage to act as a terrorist too haha she's a joke srsly. 

Then went for lunch with Sara Mic Claudia and Celeste at subwayyy :-) Then we saw a guy from guangyang carrying a bag with leopard preenz and we started laughing. It was so... weird!!! The bag had cat ears whatthe.. Then when he walked past us, we were like "MEEEEOW." hahaha epic shit. K then rushed back to school for leadership (leadershit) workshop which lasted til 6 whatthe. 

HAHA THEN THE PEOPLE AT THE BACK LEFT THEIR FLOWERS AND CAKES UNDER THE AIRCON HAHA SO CUTE MAN.

Oh and Evangeline gave me a buzz lightyear stuffed toy. She said it's cause she loves me to infinity and beyond. Seriously love her so so so much omg and she even got me a balloon that says "I LOVE YOU" ahhhh. <3 And her letter was so sweet.

All my gifts. I feel so compelled to type out a long paragraph of cheesy reasons why I love all my friends so much but I can't. It's just too much to say and too heartfelt to be put into words. But I do. I love them so much it's crazy. Some sacrificed sleep to wrap the flowers, to fold roses, to write letters, to bake cookies. Others spent time and money buying cakes, chocolates, candies. And everyone, who made today such an amazing day.

Valentine's Day 2011.

On my way to the toilet today I saw Claudia. And she suddenly said "I miss 2011." and I told her "This time last year, we were camwhoring in math. I miss the chinks :-("

I miss being in the same class as Jade Alison Sara Micaela Claudia Celeste and Shannon. I miss them so much :-( It's great that Jade's in the same class as me and how the chinkies eat recess together everyday, but it's just not the same yknow? It's not the same without them in the same class...

But nonetheless, it was an amazing day :-) Thank you everyone for making Valentine's Day 2012 so memorable. It was simply stellar.
